Project Mythri

I founded Project Mythri in the summer of 2025 to destigmatise perimenopause for women aged 45 and over in rural Karnataka, working in the Udupi district with the Abaran Foundation, community leaders and doctors.

Awareness sessions were held at Lions, Rotary and Mahila Mandal events and at Chethana Special School, supported by pamphlets in Kannada and care bags distributed in the community.
